Chef Tom Welton was introduced to the food business as a child at his parents’ restaurant Harvel’s in Miamisburg. After attending The Culinary Institute of America in New York, he made his name as one of Dayton’s top chefsĀ  by founding two thriving restaurants, TW’s and Welton’s.

After years in the restaurant industry, he and his wife Tricia left the fast-paced restaurant world and moved into the more intimate world of catering. They’ve been enjoying making memories and bringing a new standard of catered events to the Dayton community ever since.
